Still hampered by persistent cough. Makes runing very difficult. No run yesterday, birthday dinner instead.
Hope to pick up the pace and distance next week a bit if cough goes away. Finally found my polar watch and monitor so might even get some useful data up on this post.
only one lap today 3.34 km. Alana also running though so thats progress. Dog at home sulting because I do not walk her anymore.

Don't worry about the distance just yet, if your running for 20 minutes or more four times a week then you're making progress. Most programs say that to begin with you should have three runs a week of twenty minutes or so and then one longer run/walk at a very gentle pace for maybe an hour or so.
Poor pebbles, she must be very put out, I presume that muts are not welcome around Safa Park!!
