Better tonight 6.68KM in 55 mins. Still going to take nearly 6 hours at this pace so its all uphill from here.

Brilliant, I'm very proud of you, nows the pressure is on me!! Remember to try and vary your training, its not about running as hard as you can every time. Have a crack at following this program
